[pchelpers] Tracing IP and ISP from email

My Yahoo Bulk account gets very few bulk messages. One is various cordial
subject lines with an attachment postcard.exe (23 KB). I am sure it is a virus
and I am deleting these messages and emptying my trash bin.
From an email message can the recipient trace the IP number and ISP? If I am
not careful this person will wreck me yet. Any ideas? - Gerald

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
