[pchelpers] Re: Toshiba Satellite L45 battery

The sysop feels the Lion battery  (what's that?) cannot be overcharged.  And 
the battery on the shelf  will lose energy and not be available when I need it.
   
  Toshiba owners manual states overcharging with shorten battery life.
   
  As I previously stated there is only flimsy registration with Wugnet and

The only reason I can think of for that is to prevent over charging, so 
why does the sysop answer this way?
