[pchelpers] Toshiba Satellite L45 battery

The Toshiba owners manual says to remove the battery when on AC adapter.  The 
Sysop of the Wugnet forum says "Lion" battery will not overcharge if always 
kept inside the  unit.  Right now the battery is removed.  The battery has data 
in English.  Will this indicate the type of battery?  I know I will be able to 
read this when I get  home from work.  But if the model and battery type is not 
on the label how do I know if it is Lion?
