Hi Gerald,
Why were you unable to remove it? It should have been right there in
Add/Remove programs. If all else fails, you should be able to go into
Safe Mode, rename the AVG folder (under C:\Program Files), and then
run CCleaner (both the files and registry cleanup) at least twice.
