Okay you guys. Sorry, I could not get back to you sooner. The program is not
free. I paid $100.00 US for it. I wanted it, because I have to download
Income Tax forms from the internet and I want to be able to fill them out on
the computer. I hope I make myself clear. 

The program is

ScanSoft PDF Converter Professional 2

Sounds like Adobe Acrobat Pro 6; I hear that it annoys people that way, and
that there's a way to get rid of it. I happened to see a page about it just
today or yesterday.

And, yes, it certainly saves a lot of OUR time when you tell us the program
name; considering how many PDF converters there are, that could literally
cut an hour or so off searching time for whomefver is trying to find an
answer for you.......
