Unless this is some kind of spyware or adware or a version that is only 
free if you're willing to put up with some annoyance like ads and/or a 
toolbar, the solution should be in the program's manual/help file. If 
you divulge the secret of what program you're talking about, someone 
could download it and try it out ;-)
