[pchelpers] This is driving me crazy

I have a problem that annoys me without end and I wonder whether anyone can
help me with this. I bought and installed a program that is wonderful. It is
a PDF converter and works great. A toolbar comes with it and that toolbar is
everywhere I go. It haunts me. I want to get rid of it. If I want to use the
program I want to use it by means of an icon, not a toolbar. The toolbar
takes up space and I resent that. I have tried everything and the thing will
not go away.

Please do not tell me to go to View - Toolbars and uncheck that toolbar. I
have done that. It will not go away. I have gone to Customize and actually
deleted the toolbar. It still comes back. It is simply driving me crazy.

Can someone please help me to get rid of this pesky toolbar.
