Have you tried the recommended paper for that printer?  Miht make a
difference.

The "look for" probably came from Microsoft.

The one from the internet would be from HP.

If you used the CD that came with the printer, that would be another.

I think this came up before; it's often good to have multiple drivers
installed, for that reason.
