I can offer a thought here from my own experience. I the party you
are sending the file to is using MS Outlook then there are files with
various extensions that it just throws away. I ask someone to send me a
file with the .mdb extension and Outlook just plain blocked it.
Interestingly the arbitrary decision of the builders of MS Outlook was
to not permit accepting those files and there is no option to change
that. At least that is the case in my version of Outlook. (NOT Outlook
Express)
