[pchelpers] Test Outlook Express 6

Today, I sent an email with an attachment. It is in my
sent box, but the party to whom it was sent never received it.
Several minutes ago, I resent the email with a bcc to me. Now
I am testing to see if this shows up in PC helpers.
All this makes me wonder if any emails that I sent in the last 
few days actually reached a destination.
