While trying to make my makepage.cgi script smarter over the past few
days, I discovered the script code was experiencing problems caused by
difficulty in identifying the true location of required files. After a
complex battle to discover the cause, I am pleased to announce that
normal service has been restored.

are now fully operational.
Sorry for the break in service. Thankfully it has resulted in a better
system. Now the applications for which it was originally developed may
be easier to complete.
