How did you delete them? You should use the option in IE to delete them.
In ie, Tools, Internet Options, General, then in the Temporary files area,
click the Delete Files button. This will delete all temp internet files bit
nothing else.
I am very surprised that you took out email stationary files, because they
are usually hidden so deep you can't find them if you want to!!!

up / clean up all that junk I didn't want kept.
