Not if you have recently installed a new program (especially MS) which
could have updated the files. As for other eventualities, you have
antivirus checkers, adaware and SFC to put back the originals if you are
genuinely concerned. The version information and dates are provided when
SFC finds a change so you can decide on an individual basis.
