[pchelpers] Re: System File Checker

If using the Windows CD doesn't give you a source, the files may belong
to other applications you installed. You may need to try their CDs or
re-install the applications.

Alternatively, you may have spare copies lurking on you system. Try
searching with the Start/FIND feature.
