I ran into the same problem. I had Sygate on 3 computers in my network. 
Then all 3 computers stopped talking to each other.
All 3 could still share the same internet just not anything with each 
other. Then they had the nerve to pop up a box bragging
about how they block computer so and so from contacting them. In the 
list they are allowed , but it still kept blocking.
So I went back to ZA. At least there you can tell it the name of the 
computer that is allowed to share.
