I didn't think you were being rude. I simply don't see how anyone can help a
person with a puter problem without understanding some initial parameters.
Computers are not like toasters, i.e. the plug can go bad, the heating
elements can break, the wall switch can be dead. Computers are more like
people in that they are more individual considering the persons OS, loaded
programs, etc.
Make sure you have the latest version of Sygate. Are you using Microsoft
Messenger?
