[pchelpers] Sygate Firewall Blocks Everything

  Have installed and uninstalled Sygate for the third time.
System Windows ME,  IE Ver 6 using OE Mailer, Adelphia Cable access

    For some reason Sygate works for a couple days and then apparently
blocks everything including IE and OE.  Access to the Internet was working
when before I shut down my system last night. This morning, the system came
up clean, but there was no access to the internet. Symptoms are not always
exactly the same. But turning off the Firewall completely does not change
anything. Shutting down and rebooting does not help.  I am forced to
uninstall the firewall before I am able to access the Internet at all with
any program.  There are no error messages except the normal IE Page Not
Found and the OE message that it does not get a response form the POP3
Server.

Anyone else using Sygate Free Firewall??  I will probably just forget using
a Firewall completely and just run Spybot more frequently unless this can be
fixed.
