[pchelpers] Start Up Error Windows 95

My older networked computer with Windows 95 and IE shows
a Message, "ERROR STARTING PROGRAM" when booting up.
It is after the loading and the appearance of the blue sky Microsoft
WINDOWS95 program.

Just after the desktop this message appears under the heading of
"ERROR STARTING PROGRAM"
"THE GWHOTKEY.EXE file is linked to missing export
KERNAL32.DLL:GetDiskFreeSpaceExA.

I can double click the OK button and the Message Window disappears followed
by a normally functional Windows 95 operation. This came about when I
put some type? of an update to the Windows 95A operating system on this
computer.

Leaving well enough alone would suit me, but I am curious. Any thoughts?

Lou

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
