I just did a search on Hijackers.sbi
and found a page here:
http://www.kephyr.com/filedb/index.php?viewtopic=Hijackers.sbi
It points out that this file is part of Spybot search and destroy.
Maybe it is time to do a scan with another engine, such as bitdefender 
to see if it is the application itself that is faulty.
