[pchelpers] Some Simple help please

I went over to my sons to set up an account for him ( don't laugh I really did 
it ) When I went in to reset his outlook express I got a box with his old 
server at the top of the box requiring a password. Its been two years he 
dosen't remember the password.

He lives here in Tn that was set up in Reno how can I remove that feature so he 
can get his mail through his earthlink account.

Please make the directions simple so I can print them and apply them. Oh by the 
way can I set up a new e-mail account that would by pass that if so how do I 
set up a new e-mail account?
