[pchelpers] Silent Witness website hijacked

Hi Kathy, someone just showed me, the Silent Witness Website for Mesa, Arizona 
is hijacked. That reminded me of the police office that had the large wolf 
image on the computer, which prevented people from reporting a crime. Good 
thing we know where this world is heading.
