I used to live in Bellaire when I was a very young kid.

Did you create the folders yourself? If so, redo that folder the
same way.

If that doesn't work, a quick-n-dirty fix is to recall approximately
when you last saw it working, then go to Start, Programs, Accessories,
System Tools, System Restore, and restore to a time on or before that
day.

Chances are that you ran some program or installed some update that
interfered with the connection.

P.S. It may not be a good idea to give out phone #s online in public
forums, although I presume those are your work numbers.
