To reply to a quote in Outlook properly...


From Outlook goto TOOLS>OPTIONS>EMAIL OPTIONS>
When that box pops up halfway down are the reply options. From here you have
several choices.

Choice 1)Do not include
Choice 2) Attach
Choice 3) Indent -Before
Choice 4) Indent -After
Choice 5) Prefix

Your options may vary due to release version of Outlook.
Should you choose to Indent the quote after your reply please trim the quote
to only include important information so others can follow the thread.
When replying to a post it is impolite to remove the entire message you are
replying to due to the fact that others just coming into the thread will be
lost.
