[pchelpers] Setting automatic bottom quoting in Thunderbird

If you want to set Thunderbird email to automatically start replies 
below the current message, do the following:
Go to the Tools menu
Click Account settings
Click Composition and Addressing
Check the box next to "Automatically quote the original message when 
replying
 From the drop down box choose "start my reply below the quote"
Click OK
