There are markup tags embedded in the document that make it possible to
edit the document later if you choose to. Filtering will take those tags
out, making it impossible to further edit the document but also
shrinking its size for storage and downloading purposes. If you think
you may need to make changes to the document in the future DO NOT choose
"Web Page, Filtered".
