This problem becomes more and more confusing. Isn't it possible with MS
Word to save as a htm/html fie? In this case the file name is events and
should it not be events.htm (the web developer did not use html)? On the
bottom of this message is the file name: events.htm.doc. Does the doc
extension belong with a htm/html file? I do not feel that Web page, and
Web page filtered is a computer problem with XP but a software problem. Any
ideas to get the file events.htm or is the editor including doc manually?
Gerald
Hi Gerald,
I was starting to work on the calendar for the site and found my computer
gives me two (2) options to save as:
1. Web Page
2. Web Page, filtered
Which of the 2 options should I save it as?
Take care????.. Arlene
File name: events.htm.doc File size: 34kb File type:
application/msword

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
