If  you're keeping the old computer, you can transfer the data between
the two  computers using several methods. [  like ??? ] 
        Appreciate your direction  about the FAT32 thing, cause I know 
"NOTHING"  about what they're talking  about.  So formatting isn't the problem, 
and 
that eliminates that  avenue.  I did catch the "OR" term with a choice of 
hardware and network,  but hardware is a vast sea of choices too.
