I believe you will have to purchase the newer Roxio software. I think the older 
versions of the software aren't compatible with Windows XP. If you have the DVD 
 Creator software you might try uninstalling the service pack, reinstalling the 
Roxio, and then reapplying SP2. But if it is Roxio 6 or earlier, you will 
probably need to purchase an upgrade, unless anyone out there knows of patches 
that will work?
