[pchelpers] SP 2

After installing SP 2 I installed Roxio for my CD-ROM  driver and got a message
"not compatible with this version of Windows."  Roxio installed but if it does
not work I will either have to uninstall SP2 or (groan) reinstall Windows
again.  SP 2 may be causing the scanner problems too. What do you think?
