[pchelpers] Runtime Error

Hi Guys
 
My problem is that while using IE5, I sometimes get a runtime error message. If 
I click the Yes button I am taken to an alien world of "Miscellaneous Files - 
Microsoft Development Environment". I don't have a clue
of what is required of me. 
 
I have copies of the screen shots saved as a Word 2000 file. If anyone can help 
I can upload this file as an attachment if you would care to let me have your 
email address?
