[pchelpers] Rude comments

This list is to help others.  Sometimes it takes many posts to do that.  
Not everyone is at the same level of pc expertise.
It is not a list to see how rude we can be to others.  I found these 
comments very offensive.  Even if that is how you feel, you could have 
worded your comments so as not to be so rude.
