Just spent time scouring that file and made several updates. Oddly
each time I correct it with webpad and test it, the validation site 
comes up with new reasons to change it. Almost seems the html rules have 
changed faster than the web site. What was fine at the start no longer 
meets those changed standards. Does that seem arbitrary to you?
