The screen with the pretty pictures only offers two choices, called
"Computer Administrator" and "Limited". "Limited" is what is
officially called the Users group, but is generally referred to as
"Restricted Users" group in order to distinguish it from other user
types, such as Power Users group.

XP Pro users can go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools ->
Computer Management -> System Tools -> Local Users And Groups ->
Groups to see all of the group types. I don't think XP Home users have
the Local Users And Groups option. (Actually, they DO, hidden, but if
you try to force it, you get a message saying that it's not
available).

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
