[pchelpers] Re: Repair dead windows in 8 steps

My system is alive, but sick.  When removing Norton I must have also 
removed some system .DLLs that XP needs.  And I don't know enough to 
identify the .DLL (s) I need.  And Windows will not identify the files 
I need.  sigh.  That's why I need the fix it program.
