My expirience is the reverse. Netscape 4x ran very slowly on my windows box. although 4.75 ran the best. Netscape 4.6 on my linux box leaves out some features that the windows version has. Netscape 6.1 runs like a champ on my win2k box. The only problem I have with 6.1 is that it won't do password protected sites or should I say sites with a certificate. Not that Microsoft is blameless in other ways, but definitely not for netscape's fall from grace. > > Just another 2¢ worth. > > Tonia > > John Durham <john.modec@xxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > It reads like "we're not in talks, but it wouldn't be a bad idea".
