[pchelpers] Recent attacks

Sorry I haven't been posting much in the last few days. Unfortunately, 
my website has been under attack by either hackers or scripts of some 
kind. They used my feedback forms to send me over 50 advertising emails 
promoting pharmaceuticals and using forged email addresses with 
pornographic domain names.

Since the addresses and IPs were changing all the time, I've had a 
running battle to log what they were using, where it came from and then 
build protection into the script processing feedback. That tailed off 
this morning when the new script was set up.

It is likely similar attacks are happening elsewhere. They come from 
multiple systems, so transmission by a virus/Trojan from hijacked 
machines seems realistic.

If you have anything similar on your website, or need some help with 
this, please let me know. Maybe I can help you patch your scripts. Let's 
put an end to these attacks before someone's system is ruined, alright?
