[pchelpers] Re: Read only persisting

In Vista when attributes won't change in spite of the fact that you have 
administrator privileges one has to "take ownership" of the file or 
directory in question before changing the attributes will work. I can't 
explain how to do it because I barely understand it myself, but this 
should point you in the right direction.
