I don't know any reason why it would. All Spywareblaster does is to turn
off registry links that belong to known spyware. It is benign and passive.
As for defender, why should it object to a little help?
Spywareblaster has a well earned reputation for reliable service from
the first time I used it. Defender would need to be paranoid to worry
about it.
