I have a feeling you don't just want to know why, Dru, but maybe also 
want to know how. Just download www.openoffice.org - that's a free 
office suite that many feel is at least as good or even much better than 
Microsoft Office, which you have to buy in its entirety even if you only 
need Word.

Cliff, please change the setting of your email program to clearly show 
what is being quoted (the default is > signs at the beginning of each 
quoted line). Otherwise many people unnecessarily reread the quoted 
message because it looks exactly the same as your answer.
