[pchelpers] Re: Process Management Utility

It's probably similar to the one I downloaded from Microsoft.

I know MS's version can tell you who or what is associated with the 
process, groups associated processes together, and makes it easier to 
tell if a standalone process is, or could be, suspicious.  I was 
impressed by it.
