[pchelpers] Problem with pictures in email

I have a little problem and I wonder whether you experts can help me with this.

My computer needed a new motherboard and with that came the need to
re-install Vista. I also had to re-install MS Office 2007. Everything
is running great, except that the pictures in my emails do not
download into the emails. I am not talking of attachments here, but of
pictures that are in the actual emails. If I want the pictures to
download I must right-click and ask for them to be downloaded.

This is quite annoying. I checked the settings in Windows, I checked
the settings in Outlook and I cannot find anythings to fix this. Or
should I be looking somewhere else?

Does anyone of you know?
