[pchelpers] Power Supply Connectors

If you have a MB that only takes 40 pin from the power supply and the power
supply is 20 + 4 pin. Can you just plug in the 20 pin?
Its for a friend -- this is what he wants to know.   I never heard of this 
power supply -- it is from the FSP Group  I did a search  I got no data -- 
maybe  you can help thanks------ Jackie 
Motherboard is  ATX 12V
