Re your comment.  I do not believe there is that sort of filtering going on
with Charter.  A friend sometimes writes saying that he has seen a comment
from me while I never saw it.  Never had a problem with a full mail box.  I
got this message, but I did not see the original of the one I wrote, just
your comment on it.  What don't I understand about this system?

Please, not a "Duhh".  This is frustrating.
