[pchelpers] Postdcard Site

Hi 

I have managed to sort the following post card site to the extent that when you 
go to pick up the card and you put the 15 digit number in the box at the bottom 
of the postcard site you can see the picture, but if you click on the direct 
link then there is nothing.

I have messaged the support team but they have not got back to me.  So if there 
is anyone out there that can help please.
