[pchelpers] Pdf URL links do not open

I  am  running Windows Vista  Home  Edition  with  IE7  on  a  notebook URLs  
in  PDF format  do  not  open  when  I  press  the  left  lever  of  the  
touch-pad.  
 
Is  there  a  macro  to  use?
