It appears that USB flash drives (or at least some of them) can be
partitioned, but I'm not sure if it can be done with the standard
Windows tools or not. I have no idea if the same can be done with SD
cards. If you're using it in a device like a camera, the device may
not know how to handle it when it is partitioned.
