Thanks Tonia and all others for the info. I need help now!!! I did install that service pack. <2>. Now I cannot log to the internet/email. I have a cable modem. I called Cox cable and long story short, I get a winsock error message. I am typing this message from the other home pc we have that is connected wirelessly to the internet from the one I installed the service pack to that won't let me connect. <get all that?> So, please advise me of the best way to get rid of it on my pc. Add/remove programs? I'm worried now since I know it made changes to the registry and I don't want to start having problems again. I've only been having lots of grief the past 24 hours while trying to 'install' this, grrrr. Please help me if you can tonight. I have the other pc on right now so I can get replies and get it off the other one pronto after you all advise me. Re-Na Hanson / Arkansas USA --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Awesome!
