[pchelpers] PDF files

 I have on my hard drive all seven volumes of "Studies in the Scriptures"
including "The Finished Mystery" by Charles T. Russell. They are in seven
PDF files and I can read them with the Abode Reader. 

I tried to burn them to a CD to store them permanently. Everything seemed
fine. It looked like the program was burning the CD. However, when I checked
the finished product there were no files on the CD. They did not show and
the disk is empty.

My Questions are:

Can PDF files not be stored on CDs? They are stored on my hard drive. Why do
they not show up on the CD?

If PDF files can be stored on CDs what did I do wrong? Why are they not
there?

I know you guys are so smart. Someone will know the answers.
