I think you might be missing my point.
This is an application that needs to be filled out. Sometimes an application
in pdf format can be filled out on the computer then printed. In California
DMV pdf forms are like that. Others do not provide that capability to fill
out on the apportioned lines for information for said information to be
input on the computer but must be printed & then filled out by hand. I don't
believe I can change that but hoped someone knew better than me. It makes no
sense to me that a public form that needs to be filled out with your
personal information to apply for whatever cannot not be filled out online &
then printed. There are disabled people who benefit from that. I am not
talking about changing the form itself.
