[pchelpers] PC-HELPERS list re-construction

You may be aware already of the lighning strike that seriously damaged
the servers at freelists.org causing loss of records on many lists
there. Sadly, PC-HELPERS was affected by it.

In the aftermath, I'm attempting to re-construct the list membership. As
you are reading this message, your email address was subscribed from my
files. I realise in these circumstances, some errors are unavoidable.
There is certainly no intention to spam anyone. This is advisory only.

If you are on the list by mistake, you can easily unsubscribe by going

Enter your email address in the correct part of the form, and click the
unsubscribe button.

Under these conditions, you should know that much work still remains to
be done before service is fully restored. Maybe some of us should have
been advising on how to protect a server from disasters like this before
it happened.

Naturally, some email addresses will drop off the list because of
falling into disuse or having full mail buffers. As things are, we need
to find some more members to share whathas been a wonderful service
overt the years.
